Mr. Arvind Sharma – Former Ranji Player & Cricket Analyst
Mr. Arvind Sharma is a seasoned cricket professional with over two decades of experience in India’s domestic circuit. Having represented his state in numerous Ranji Trophy matches, he understands the mindset, challenges, and dedication required to grow as a cricketer from the grassroots. At C11CL, he plays a pivotal role in guiding our trial formats, helping ensure that talent is recognized solely on the basis of skill, not influence. His vision supports our mission of building a merit-based platform for all aspiring cricketers.
Ms. Neelam Kapoor – Former Sports Authority of India Official
With a distinguished background in sports policy and athlete development, Ms. Neelam Kapoor brings an administrative edge to the C11CL Advisory Board. During her tenure at the Sports Authority of India, she played a key role in shaping the country’s youth sports programs. At C11CL, she advises us on athlete welfare, ethics, and the creation of a safe, inclusive, and transparent cricketing ecosystem that encourages discipline and growth at every level.
Mr. Rakesh Tiwari – Senior Sports Journalist & Media Advisor
Mr. Tiwari has spent more than 15 years in Indian sports journalism, covering major domestic and international cricketing events. His sharp understanding of public communication and talent presentation helps us position deserving players in the spotlight. As our media advisor, he ensures that every player’s story gets the recognition it deserves, making the journey from trial ground to potential stardom more visible and inspiring for future players.
Mr. Sanjay Mehta – Cricket Development Strategist
Renowned for launching multiple junior-level cricket academies and scouting programs across India, Mr. Sanjay Mehta is passionate about building solid foundations for young athletes. He has successfully mentored hundreds of cricketers who went on to represent their states and zones. His experience helps us structure better coaching modules, balanced match fixtures, and stage-wise progression formats to ensure holistic development for every selected player at C11CL.
